Why Should I Order Utah Appraisals Online Through This Website?

When you place your appraisal order online through your own account, it will synchronize with my appraisal software.  You will be able to view status by simply logging in to your account.  You will also receive notifications as I update the status of the file through my appraisal software. You will also be able to retrieve the appraisal as many times as you need--in case the file got misplaced.

To ORDER AN APPRAISAL, just click the "Order Appraisal" button at the top of my web page. 

Go to step 2 if you need to create your account.  It is just entering basic information about your company, and a login name and password.

Choose your login name and password.  Make it easy to remember.  One client used his first name as a login, and his dog's name as password.  Keep it simple.  We're trying to speed things up, not bog you down.  =)
